Tourvest Retail Services (TRS) is a division of the Tourvest Group of companies.
TRS is a retailer operating in the travel retail sector, established in 1999.
The business provides airlines with an end-to-end outsource solution for their inflight food and beverage as well as boutique duty free programmes. The Airport Duty Free and Downtown Duty Free store divisions provide passengers with a range of premier global Duty Free brands, whilst the Crew/Staff store division caters to the retail needs of our clients, crew and general staff.
In terms of Inflight Retail, this includes enhancing the inflight customer experience and subsequent net promoter score, as well as retail commercial returns. This is achieved by managing a complex 27/7/365 warehousing and logistics operation to supply product on time and in full to over 600 flights per day, departing from multiple locations throughout the world.
This operation is managed via our in-house developed proprietary Warehouse Management System (WMS), together with inflight electronic point of sale hardware and software, as well as retail applications for customer and crew mobile devices. Our service also includes an omni-channel e:commerce solution, innovative product sourcing and new product development, efficient supply chain management, training, data and reporting, as well as project and risk management.
Our Airport and Downtown Duty Free retail stores offer a wide range of global brands within the core categories of fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, alcohol, tobacco, jewellery, confectionary, watches, toys, accessories and well-being.
The business also caters to the retail needs of our client's crew and general staff members via retail stores bases in the airport terminal crew rooms, i.e Heathrow Terminal 5, within their larger corporate office blocks as well as via pop-up shops in various locations.
